Best use of technology in a motivation solution

De eerste prijs die SwingGroup in de wacht sleepte was voor het programma dat het ontwikkelde voor KBC met de naam KBC Vipping. Drie actoren (klant, cliënt en leverancier) werden naadloos geïntegreerd in één technologieplatform, wat resulteerde in een opmerkelijk en divers one-on-one incentive-aanbod met supersnelle orderverwerking. ‘Dankzij Motisha, ons technologieplatform dat intern werd ontwikkeld, zijn we erin geslaagd KBC een pak beter te doen presteren op het vlak van klantentrouw en klantenbehoud en tegelijkertijd hun Total Cost of Ownership aanzienlijk te verlagen’, aldus Gunther Everaert, Managing Director van SwingGroup.

Most innovative channel incentive program

De tweede prijs die SwingGroup heeft gewonnen werd speciaal ontwikkeld voor Tech Data, de wereldwijd toonaangevende IT-kanaaldistributeur. Hier viel SwingGroup in de prijzen voor de ontwikkeling van een overkoepelend jaarincentiveprogramma td.boomerang. Met deze oplossing verdienen de resellers van Tech Data punten op basis van hun omzet maar ook door deel te nemen aan extra incentivecampagnes die bedrijven als Microsoft, HP en Logitech voeren voor hun vendors. ‘Deze innovatieve aanpak houdt de dynamiek van de channel-incentive gaande, wat de algemene verkoopcijfers maximaliseert en de customer lifetime value voor onze klant verhoogt’, aldus Gunther Everaert.

SwingGroup sleepte met td.boomerang ook nog een derde prijs in de wacht en dit voor de sterkste verbetering in de bedrijfsresultaten.Het hoge stijgingspercentage van zowel nieuwe als terugkerende resellers die deelnemen en het hoge stijgingspercentage in individuele vendor-incentives zoals voor HP, Logitech en Microsoft heeft onze klant geholpen om kansen te grijpen op de markt en een omzetstijging van meer dan 10 % te realiseren’, zegt hij.

Best use of technology in a motivation solution

The first award SwingGroup won was for the programme they developed for KBC, called KBC Vipping. Three actors (customer, client and supplier) were seamlessly integrated into one technology platform, resulting in a remarkable and diverse one-on-one incentive offering with high-speed order processing. ‘Thanks to our in-house developed technology platform Motisha, we were able to boost the KBC customer loyalty and retention rates whilst at the same time significantly lowering their Total Cost Of Ownership.’ says Gunther Everaert, Managing Director of SwingGroup.

Most innovative channel incentive program

The second award that SwingGroup won, was specially developed for Tech Data, the global leading IT – channel distributor. Here SwingGroup was awarded for their development of an annual umbrella channel incentive programme named td.boomerang. In this solution Tech Data resellers earn points based on their turnover not only in specific product categories but also by participating in additional vendor incentive campaigns of companies such as Microsoft, HP and Logitech. ‘This innovative approach keeps the channel incentive momentum going thus maximising the overall sales results and increasing the customer lifetime value for our customer.’ adds Gunther Everaert.

Most improved business/workforce performance program

Finally SwingGroup even took home a third award with td.boomerang for the biggest improvement of business or workforce performance. The high increase rate in both new and returning participating resellers and the high increase rate in single vendor incentives helped our customer to  seize maximum market opportunities and achieve an increase in turnover of more than 10%.’ he continues.
