This prestigious event gives recognition to industry leaders, who created successful, innovative incentive or loyalty programmes within Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The award-winning event was held aboard the stunning Silver Sturgeon luxury yacht on The River Thames, London.

Best use of technology in a motivation solution
The first award SwingGroup won was for the programme they developed for KBC, called KBC Vipping. Three actors (customer, client and supplier) were seamlessly integrated into one technology platform, resulting in a remarkable and diverse one-on-one incentive offering with high-speed order processing. ‘Thanks to our in-house developed technology platform Motisha, we were able to boost the KBC customer loyalty and retention rates whilst at the same time significantly lowering their Total Cost Of Ownership.’ says Gunther Everaert, Managing Director of SwingGroup.
Most innovative channel incentive program
The second award that SwingGroup won, was specially developed for Tech Data, the global leading IT – channel distributor. Here SwingGroup was awarded for their development of an annual umbrella channel incentive programme named td.boomerang. In this solution Tech Data resellers earn points based on their turnover not only in specific product categories but also by participating in additional vendor incentive campaigns of companies such as Microsoft, HP and Logitech. ‘This innovative approach keeps the channel incentive momentum going thus maximising the overall sales results and increasing the customer lifetime value for our customer.’ adds Gunther Everaert.
Most improved business/workforce performance program
Finally SwingGroup even took home a third award with td.boomerang for the biggest improvement of business or workforce performance. ‘The high increase rate in both new and returning participating resellers and the high increase rate in single vendor incentives helped our customer to seize maximum market opportunities and achieve an increase in turnover of more than 10%.’ he continues.
